What you’ll lead on
As an Assistant Video Editor, your role will be to edit new videos for students aged 11-18. You will also help to keep our existing content up to date and in line with our high standards. Unifrog publishes videos and written content on a variety of topics for students including: applying for university in the UK and overseas, preparing for college or work, and taking care of your wellbeing.

Edit and polish videos for various sections on our platform, including University Profiles, Employer Profiles, and Careers Library Profiles, with a keen eye for detail and quality.

Mix and equalise interview audio with soundtracks to create a seamless viewing experience for our users.

Implement pre-existing video templates and consistently improve them over time to ensure visual consistency across all platform sections.

Maintain effective communication with the Video Team, including project managers, producers, and other stakeholders, to ensure that video projects meet the required standards and are delivered on time.

Quality Control

Perform quality checks on all videos before they are published to the platform, ensuring that they meet the required standards for visual and audio quality, accuracy, and completeness.

Monitor subtitles generated by in-house subtitling software and performing a complete quality-check before making the video live on the platform

Working together
You’ll be managed by our Post Production Manager, and work closely with an in-house Video Producer/Director and Video Editor. You will also work with our partner-facing teams, as well as with external bodies where necessary.
The Video Team is part of a wider Content Team, where we often brainstorm new ideas as a group, provide feedback on each other’s work, and get feedback from teachers and students at our partner schools. We promote good ideas regardless of where they come from.

Our client, a leading London University, is looking to appoint a Student Funding Assistant to provide advice and information to staff and students in relation to tuition fees and UK student loans.
This is a short term post, running for 6 weeks in the first instance. You will be required on site 3 days per week, in south west London.

The Centre for Transforming Access and Student Outcomes in Higher Education (TASO) is an affiliate What Works Centre, and part of the UK Government’s What Works Movement. The Head of Communications and Engagement will lead TASO’s communications and engagement work plan to raise the profile of the organisation. The Head of Advocacy and Policy will be responsible for developing an excellent Advice Service and Retention Team to support and advise students effectively to enable excellent student experience and satisfaction.
This role will lead on the development of effective insights, representation and support initiatives/campaigns for students, across our three campuses at Greenwich, Avery Hill and Medway.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As we have launched our ambitious 5-year strategic plan this post will play a key role at Greenwich Students’ Union in supporting students to stay and succeed at university.
GSU Advocacy and Policy Team is leading an award-winning outreach project that seeks to support students to stay and succeed at Greenwich. A team of part-time student staff call 1000’s of students each term, supporting them to navigate University life, services and GSU. This role will support the award-winning team to deliver proactive supportive calls to students.
In this post you will :
- To supervise the retention calling project staff
- To support with escalations for students experiencing difficulties
- To spot trends in student issues and assist with reporting

Delivery of Outreach
- Coordinate the team to deliver outbound phone calls and taking inbound calls in a call centre model, including opening and closing

About the role
This vacancy is for a University Access Officer to work across two schools in Greenwich, London. Our schools are shown on a map The Access Project schools on our website.
The University Access Officer works with school staff at all levels, volunteer tutors, and with the rest of The Access Project’s team to ensure that the delivery of the programme is optimised.
Role responsibilities
• Engage with students in school and enrol them onto the programme
• Match students with volunteer tutors
• Monitor student attendance to tutorials and devise innovative solutions to encourage attendance
• Assess student progress towards being able to make successful university applications
• Upload information onto the Salesforce database (training is provided)
• Monitor the impact of tutorials, and intervene as appropriate
• Build and manage relationships with volunteer tutors to ensure they have a positive experience of the programme

We’re looking for a creative and confident Content & Communications Coordinator to join our busy Marketing & Communications Team at Imperial College Union.
